Troybuilt Homes has been using Steve / SMP for many many years. They handle all of our structural needs. Smaller Renovation projects like load bearing wall removals, telepost removals, and layout changes. Larger renovation projects like additions, pop the top, and steel beam installs. They also handle all of our Custom Home builds from the ground up. SMP's attention to detail and streamline process is what really set them apart.
